Contest Rules

1. You must be 13 or older to register on MyTopiaCafe.com and to win prizes. Register today!
2. No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
3. The winner will be drawn at noon each Friday at the News-Journal's offices at 901 Sixth Street, Daytona Beach, Florida 32120 from all eligible registered users on MyTopiaCafe.com. Winners must email us from their registered email address by the following Friday to claim your prize at info@mytopiacafe.com. MyTopiaCafe.com and the News-Journal Corporation will not be held responsible for registrations that are not complete or do not have accurate information. If the winner does not contact us by the deadline, the winner forfeits the prize.
4. Prizes will be mailed to the winner upon verification of address.
5. Winners may be photographed for promotional purposes and consent to such photography. The winner's name, address, voice and/or likeness for advertising or promotional purposes in all forms of media worldwide without further compensation or payment, except where prohibited by law.
6. Employees of The Daytona Beach News-Journal and their immediate family members are not eligible to win.
